The Animal Welfare Law, which was expected to come into force on September 29 and which requires the contracting of civil liability insurance for dogs, among other measures, could delay its application as the Government is in office. Specifically, the obligation to have insurance would be delayed by not being able to approve the specific regulatory development that requires.
Despite this delay, we launched a new product "Responsible with your dog", a Civil Liability Insurance with which you will not have to assume possible compensation derived from damages to third parties caused by your dog.
Thus, this policy covers all the caregivers of your pet, that is, anyone who is in charge of your dog, will be protected against the damages that your dog may cause.
In addition, there are 4 capital options to contract, depending on your needs and what your dog is: €150.000, €300.000, €600.000 and €1.200.000.
